Inspired by the concept of slow clothing. It diverges from today's current culture of fast, throw-away fashion to create quality clothing here in New Mexico. Brook & Adelyn is not massed-produced. Each style is designed, draped, and block printed by hand by the artist. Garments are made in small runs for markets. Brooke & Adelyn uses hemp blend fabrics as the base of their design. The prints are inspired by nature and New Mexico culture and history. The fabrics, inks, tools, and processes used here are sourced mindfully for sustainability, fair trade, and environmental impacts.
