All orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days and shipped via USPS or UPS.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend contacting USPS or UPS directly, but we will assist in any way we can.

In an effort to be more sustainable, we may reuse bubble wrap and packaging materials whenever possible.

If your item arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and damaged item. We will use them to file an insurance claim.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you by email.

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
