Charcuterie board in mesquite with Turquoise inlay

Velvet mesquite cutting board inlaid with Kingman turquoise and Peruvian turquoise. This design is inspired by Mt. Pedernal and the landscapes of Northern New Mexico. I carve the design and crush gem quality turquoise that I set in resin.  It has a food safe finish which makes it perfect as a cutting, serving, or charcuterie board.  It is made to be functional and will form a rich patina over many years of use. I sustainably harvest this unique wood in the Sonoran Desert and mill it in New Mexico. What you see is the all natural color of the wood and turquoise with no stain or dye.
